Preferred Engineering’s Anti-Swing Lock mechanism provides anti-swing functionality for Tilt'N'Slide™ windows. The Anti-Swing Lock allows users to firmly anchor their windows in any tilted position, eliminating drifting or swinging of the sash.

Simply swing your Tilt'N'Slide™ window into any desired position and extend the anti-swing lever on the swing shoe to lock the position of the sash in the desired position. The use of DuPont™ Delrin® provides superior friction locking instead of common PVC materials, ensuring a positive lock every time.

To close the window, simply depress the lever on the swing shoe. The window is then free to swing closed. Should the window be accidentally forced to close, the swing shoe lever will automatically move into the release position, preventing breakage of the hardware.
